Francisco Lacasa has practiced in several areas, being worth highlighting his specialization in insolvency and corporate proceedings.
Currently, Francisco is the CEO of the Spanish Law Firm AGM Abogados.
Francisco has acquired a lot of experience advising companies and institutions which are in the process of investing or financing. He did also develop the Corporate & Finance area of the firm, carrying out and developing various projects of investing, financing, mergers, restructuring, as well as Due Diligence, and negotiating the buying and selling of companies. He is a specialist in the implementation of French companies in Spain, and Spanish companies in France and China. He is a member of the Board of Directors of some of those companies.
He is an Auditor registered in the Finance Ministry of Spain. He studied an MBA at the Universidad de Barcelona and undertook postgraduate studies on International Tax (in Brussels) and Financial and Legal Professions in Europe (in Paris).
He is the author of many technical books and publications such as “El Plan General de Contabilidad” (General Accounting Plan, in English, EINIA) and “Consolidación de Balances” (Consolidation of Balances, in English). He has also participated in articles published in different specialized magazines, as well as in various seminars at International Franchise Fairs (Barcelona and Paris).
