Martin Prager is partner and one of the managing directors of the law firm PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH. He worked both as a lawyer at the law firm Döser, Amereller, Noack (now Baker&McKenzie) and in industry, e.g. the Freudenberg Group, amongst other things as a member of the management team of Klüber Lubrication München KG. Prager acquired foreign experience in the USA, Spain and Great Britain.
His varied experience in the fields of insolvency administration, corporate restructuring, mergers and takeovers are essential elements of his work at the Munich chambers.
